Equipment layout in the car The equipment layout in the car is divided into 3 rooms: the middle part is the main converter room, where I and II main converter cabinets and I and II main cooler cabinets are installed; the equipment installation room near the driver’s cab is the front end The equipment room is equipped with control power cabinets, low-voltage electrical cabinets, I auxiliary converter cabinets, I and II traction wind cabinets, central micro cabinets, air-conditioning cabinets, and central terminal cabinets; the equipment installation room near the rear is the back-end equipment room. There are grid-side electrical cabinets, air brake cabinets, II auxiliary converter cabinets, III and IV traction wind cabinets, safety door lock cabinets, train power supply cabinets, communication signal cabinets, and tool cabinets.
Equipment layout under the car The equipment under the car includes: 1 suspended horizontal traction transformer, located in the center of the power car; 2 master air cylinders are installed at the front and rear ends of the traction transformer; 2 power bogies are arranged symmetrically around the traction transformer ; 1 860V auxiliary power bank socket and 1 DC110V control power socket; signal ground sensor for LKJ2000 monitoring and TVM430 ground sensor for overspeed protection; ground sensor for automatic phase separation. The body structure adopts a completely new structure. The side wall adopts a drum-shaped structure, the head shape adopts a double-arch streamlined, the length of the head shape change part is 5500mm, and the design resistance coefficient is not more than 0.23. The front shape of the car is made of composite materials, which reduces the mass per unit length of the car body to less than 0.8t/m. At the same time, a bellows-style inner and outer windshield with better airtightness is adopted at the tail to enhance the airtightness of the joint and the safety of passing. The rear end adopts a tightly connected coupler, which can realize the automatic connection of the machine and the air duct when it is connected. The front end adopts an ordinary No. 13 down-acting coupler.
bogie bogie adopts two-stage hollow shaft six-bar linkage transmission mode. Its biggest feature is that the traction motor, transmission gearbox, bracket and brake beam are integrated into a whole to form a complete drive and brake unit; the front end is suspended on the frame, and the rear end is suspended on the car body, which is a half-body suspension. The structure can greatly reduce the unsprung mass and reduce the force of wheel/rail action. The unsprung mass of each axle is about 2t, which ensures good running performance during high-speed operation. A shaft-mounted disc brake device is also installed on the bogie. Each shaft is equipped with two brake discs, and adopts a three-in-one unit brake with air brake, parked energy storage brake and brake pad gap adjustment functions.
