1. Why the equipment needs lubrication management

The device is no exception. As we all know, the blood volume of an adult is about 7%-8% of a person’s body weight. Whether it is anemia or blood disease, it will affect people’s health. Lubricating oil is the blood of equipment just like human blood. Equipment lacks oil or lubrication. Oil corrosion and deterioration will affect the stable and normal operation of the equipment.

The role of lubrication has the following aspects. First, the effect of reducing friction. That is, lubricant is added between the friction surfaces to reduce the friction coefficient and reduce the friction force. Second, the effect of reducing wear. That is, the lubricant can reduce the wear caused by hard particle wear between the friction surfaces, the bite welding between the rusted metals on the surface and the surface shedding. Third, it cools the friction surface and washes away the debris. Fourth, the function of anti-rust and anti-corrosion is to protect the friction surface from changes caused by oil deterioration and external erosion.

2. Lubrication management implementation method

Lubrication management is a kind of scientific and technical management, which is to improve and ensure the function of lubrication through standardized requirements and combined with effective management methods, so as to reduce equipment maintenance costs and preservation costs, and achieve the purpose of economic production.

1. Establish and improve the lubrication management system and strengthen the execution of the system to achieve the institutionalization and standardization of equipment lubrication management.

Through the establishment of a system to increase the attention of on-site personnel to lubrication, understand the importance of lubrication, dissolve the content of equipment lubrication into daily work, strengthen the execution of the system, and make the equipment lubrication work achieve “five fixes” and “three filters” .

Lubrication “five fixed” means: qualitative, quantitative, regular, and fixed person. Its meaning is as follows:

Fixed-point: Determine the lubrication position and lubrication point of each equipment, keep it clean and intact, and implement fixed-point lubrication.

Qualitative: Use oil in accordance with the grease grade specified in the lubrication reference book, and keep the lubricating device and refueling equipment clean.

Quantitative: On the basis of ensuring good lubrication, implement daily fuel consumption quota and quantitative oil change, do a good job in the recovery and return of waste oil to the warehouse, control equipment oil leakage, and prevent waste.

Regular: Refuel, add oil and clean oil according to the period specified in the lubrication reference book or label or card. For the oil tank with a large oil storage capacity, sampling and testing should be conducted at the specified time. The cleaning and oil replacement, circulating filtration and sampling inspection period should be determined according to the oil quality.

Appointment: According to the provisions in the lubrication benchmark book, clarify the division of labor between the operators, maintenance workers, and lubricators for the daily refueling, refueling, and cleaning and changing of the equipment, and each perform its own responsibilities, supervise each other, and determine the sampling and inspection personnel.

“Three-stage filtration”, also known as “three-stage filtration”, is a purification measure taken to reduce the impurity content in the oil and prevent impurities such as dust from entering the equipment with the oil.

Incoming filtration: When the oil passes through the input warehouse and is pumped into the oil tank for storage, it must be strictly filtered.

Dispensing filtration: The oil should be filtered when it is poured into the lubrication container.

Refueling and filtering: when the oil is added to the oil storage part of the equipment, it must be filtered first. Generally, from the oil tank to the oil storage barrel is one level, the filter screen is 60 mesh, from the oil storage barrel to the fuel tank is the second level, the filter screen is 80 mesh, from the fuel tank to the refueling point is the third level, the filter screen It is 100 mesh.

2. Lubricant quality monitoring

The deterioration rate of lubricating oil is determined by the working conditions, surrounding environment and the quality of the oil itself. Due to the difference in equipment utilization and start-up time, it has a greater impact on the service life of the lubricating oil. The general refueling standard book Oil change intervals are all stipulated, but these are general rules and may not be reasonable. Therefore, the oil quality test of the oil is carried out, and the test results are compared with the standard to determine whether to change the oil, which can not only ensure the safe and efficient operation of the equipment, but also Give full play to the service life of lubricating oil and achieve the goal of safety and economy.

So, how to determine the degree of use of lubricating oil, under normal circumstances, we determine by monitoring the appearance, viscosity and moisture content of the lubricating oil, correspondingly, there are several ways to deal with it.

The second is the measurement of viscosity. The viscosity mentioned here refers to its kinematic viscosity, which is measured by a viscometer at 40°C. The measured value is compared with the kinematic viscosity of the new oil, and the amount of change should not exceed ±10%.

At the site, we can also use a simple method of measurement, that is, take two test tubes of the same diameter and length, respectively inject the same amount and the same type of new oil and old oil, and seal the ports, and then turn the two glass tubes upside down at the same time. At this time, pay attention to the rise time of the bubbles in the two glass tubes. If the difference in the rise time of the bubbles exceeds 10% of the rise time of the new oil bubble, it means that the kinematic viscosity has changed more than 10%, and it is necessary to filter or replace the lubricating oil.

Third, the measurement of moisture. The heating measurement method and the filter paper measurement method can be used. Heating measurement is to heat the evenly mixed oil on an alcohol lamp, and judge the moisture content by judging the size and continuity of the sound. If it is small and discontinuous, the moisture content does not exceed 0.03%, otherwise, it exceeds. The filter paper method is to judge by the degree of diffusion of oil droplets. If there are traces of lace-like diffusion, it means that the oil contains water and needs to be dehydrated and the oil will be replaced.

3. Visual management

In order to make lubrication management easy to understand, a visual method should be adopted.
