Clutch trembling Clutch trembling refers to the fact that the vehicle cannot start smoothly during the clutch engagement process, and the phenomenon of flapping often occurs. The common reasons are as follows. (1) The forward and backward movement of the release bearing seat is not flexible. (2) The end of the release lever is not within the tolerance range of the same plane perpendicular to the axis of the clutch. (3) The fixing bolts of the flywheel housing, engine, gearbox, etc. are loose; the driven plate is warped and deformed, broken, the driven plate rivet is loose or the front and back of the rivet are riveted wrong. (4) The friction plate is hardened, and the pressure plate compression spring is broken or aging.
Clutch beeping Clutch beeping means that when the diesel engine is idling, the clutch will make an abnormal noise when the clutch pedal is stepped on or released. The common reasons are as follows. (1) The release bearing is poorly lubricated or damaged, and the release lever is not within the tolerance range of the same plane perpendicular to the axis of the clutch. (2) After the friction plate is worn, the thickness is uneven and the surface is uneven. (3) The return spring of the release bearing seat is weak, broken or falling off. (4) The spline sleeve of the driven disc and the spline of the ** shaft are worn too much, or the rivets of the flower keyboard are loose, etc.
(1) Maintenance of friction plate. When there is oil on the surface of the friction plate, it can be cleaned with gasoline. The friction plate is slightly ablated or hardened and can be repaired by filing; if the rivet is loose, it should be riveted again. When the total thickness of the driven disc is less than the specified service limit value, more than two cracks, severe burns or soaked by oil that cannot be removed, a new friction plate needs to be replaced.
(2) Overhaul of steel sheet. Severe burnout, cracks, deformation of the friction plate or improper placement of the steel plate after disassembly will cause the steel plate to warp and deform. After the steel sheet is warped and deformed, the internal stress of the friction sheet increases and cracks occur. After the steel sheet is warped, you can use the dial indicator to check the end face beating value of the driven plate to judge the degree of change. When the warpage of the steel sheet does not exceed the use limit value, it can be placed on the platform and used Hammer knocking and leveling; the steel sheet should be replaced when it is not suitable to be repaired.
(3) Overhaul of the drive disc spline sleeve. The spline sleeve collides with the spline sleeve shaft during the clutch engagement process to cause wear. When the clutch pedal is suddenly released or subjected to a sudden load, the wear will increase. After the spline sleeve is worn out, a boss is formed, which makes the driven disc move inflexibly in the axial direction and is not separated in time, which increases the wear of the friction plate and the time of stopping and shifting. When the spline sleeve is slightly worn or has burrs, it can be repaired with a file; if the spline sleeve of the transmission disc is severely worn or damaged, it should be replaced.
The common defects of the pressure plate are that the friction surface is warped, burned, cracked and grooved, the lug connected with the separation lever is broken and the pin hole is worn. After the lug holes are worn, they can be sharply cut and replaced with larger-sized pins to restore their normal fit. When the lug is cracked, it can be repaired by cold welding with cast iron welding rod; after the lug is broken, a dovetail groove can be opened on the pressure plate and new lugs can be inserted. The new lugs can be fixed with screws, adhesives or welding. There are 3 lugs on the clutch pressure plate of the three-wheeled agricultural vehicle to match the 3 grooves of the clutch pulley. When the fit gap is greater than 1.5mm, the burrs and groove marks in the grooves should be filed flat with a nickel base. The cast iron electrode (or the old piston ring) is welded to repair the shoulder, and the shape is repaired according to the size of the groove to restore its normal fit.
The maintenance coil spring of the clutch spring is compressed for a long time in use, the free length will be shortened, and the bending deformation and uneven end face will be produced; due to overheating or repeated impact load, it will anneal, fatigue crack or even break. The helical spring should be replaced after it is deformed, annealed, fatigue cracked or broken. The elasticity of the spring can be checked on a spring tester, or can be checked by comparing the old and new springs. When the free length and elastic force of the spring are less than the specified value, it should be replaced. If there is no new spring for a while, as a temporary measure, a gasket of appropriate thickness can be added to the spring seat hole to increase its elasticity; or the method of stretching and quenching can be used to restore the elasticity of the spring.
