2. Titanium capacitor
Material-based tube condensers: Composite titanium tube condensing, titanium tower tube condensing, carbon steel and titanium mixed tube condensing are classified into three types according to the morphology of the fixed tube sheet.
Floating heads and U-shaped tubular heat exchangers are divided into single tube, double tube and multiple tubes depending on the structure. The heat transfer area ranges from 0.5 to 500 m 2 and can be customized to meet the different needs of the user.

The fermenter designed in our factory is a standard tank type. This type of canister uses the jacket type when the nominal volume is less than 6 cubic meters. Cooling or heating of the fermentation gas is done through the jacket. When the nominal volume exceeded 6 cubic meters, the fermentation gas was cooled by vertical tubes, improving the connection of the tubes within the tubes.
This is primarily to avoid puncturing the can and blocking the edges of the can.
This continuous mode is practically sufficient.
Fermenter tanks can be divided into two categories:
One is corn that is fermented by gas (eg alcoholic fermentation).
The other is a gas fermenter (for example, standard type, Wu type, self-priming type, etc.).
This type of equipment is most commonly used in standard tank types.
The series of fermenter series designed in our factory belongs to the standard tank type. When designing fermenters of various specifications, the design is compact, strong enough and has a good service life. The company strives to reduce internal accessories and smooth the surface. It should be noted that good gas contact and stagnation of solids and physical properties must be present for efficient material transfer and gas exchange. There is sufficient heat exchange area to ensure fermentation at optimum temperature. Pay attention to the sealing performance of the device to ensure sterilization.
4. Titanium cooler: Main application: Mainly used for concentrating liquid materials in industrial fields such as pharmaceuticals, foods and chemistry, and also capable of alcohol and simple backflow extraction. Structure: The device mainly consists of a concentration tank, a first condenser, a gas-liquid separator, a second condenser, a cooler, and a six-part liquid receiving tank, all made of titanium.
