Powder spraying uses powder coatings, and the process uses electrostatic spraying. The friction spray gun uses the effect of accelerated wind to make the powder particles carry positive charges when they are sprayed out of the gun body, and contact with the negatively charged profiles to generate electrostatic adsorption, and then solidify at high temperature. It also enhances the adsorption strength of the paint and prevents the paint film from falling off.
From the perspective of the process itself, it has a very high technological content, and the mixing of different colored paints produces decorative effects of different colors, which is more in line with the needs of interior decoration and is consistent with the trend of the application of aluminum profiles in the construction industry to develop indoors. In particular, the combined use of spray profiles and thermal insulation bridges makes it more fashionable, giving powder spray profiles a larger development space, which is also irreplaceable by profiles produced by other processing methods.
