The influence of the concentration of the two additives on the anti-wear and anti-friction properties of C and MD2C is the relationship curve between lubricant and wear scar diameter. It can be seen that after adding different amounts of MD1C and MD2C, the wear scar diameter of the steel ball under its lubrication is much lower than that of the liquid paraffin lubricant when it is not added: when the added mass fraction is 0.5%, The wear scar diameter of MD1C is 44% lower than that of liquid paraffin, and the wear scar diameter of MD2C is 53% lower than that of liquid paraffin.

With the further increase of the concentration of addition, the diameter of the wear scar basically remains stable. At the same concentration, the wear scar diameter of the steel ball under the condition of oil lubrication containing MD2C additive is smaller than that of containing MD1C, indicating that the anti-wear performance of MD2C additive is better than that of MD1C additive. At the same time, it is found that the anti-wear effect of the two additives at high addition level is not as good as that at low addition level. This shows that the addition of organic molybdenum additives can effectively improve the antiwear performance of the base oil, but excessive additives can improve Its anti-wear ability has little effect. It can also be seen from the figure that when the added mass fraction is 0.5%, the anti-wear effect of the two organic molybdenum additives is the best. The coefficient varies with the amount of MD1C and MD2C added. It can be seen that their friction coefficients first greatly decrease with the increase of the amount of addition, and then tend to be stable. The value decreases from 0.1 to about 0.06 and tends to be stable. Compared with liquid paraffin, the friction factor is reduced by an average of 40%. At the same time, it can be seen that the friction factor under MD2C additive oil lubrication is smaller than that under MD1C additive oil lubrication, indicating that the anti-friction performance of MD2C additive is better than that of MD1C additive.
